Neighborly professional bookkeeping for Wyoming business owners

Helping small business owners around Wyoming ditch the boring financial paperwork and get back to life.

(don’t worry if you’re not in Wyoming…I can help you, too!)

I know who you are.

You’re my neighbor, the guy I run into at Bomgaars, the momma I wave to at Ridley’s, the father of my son’s classmate.

And I know how to help You. i will:

  • Take the books (you hate) off your plate so you can grow your business (after you spend all that extra time with your family, of course)

  • Give you more control over your money ‘cause you’re gonna know where every cent is every month…no guessing

  • Organize you (and clean your truck in the process) by picking up those receipts and deposit slips then organizing, and filing them.*

  • Make your decisions easier with custom, easy-to-read reports you can use right now.

I know - because I’m your neighbor.  And I want to help you run - AND GROW - your business your way.

  • “Julie is very professional and easy to work with. She gets an in-depth understanding of your business and what you’re needing done. With her understanding her bookkeeping is very efficient and easy to understand.”

    – Hansen Vaughan

  • “Julie has always given me guidance and insight on financial decisions I have had to make. She is always very helpful when answering questions and goes above and beyond with helping you actually understand why instead of just giving you a quick response.”

    –Taylor Malm

  • “Julie helped me establish my financial contracts and manage invoices during my tenure as a freelance web developer. She’s always quick to respond, helpful, and soooo awesome at what she does!”

    – Christopher Walsh

Experienced and Reliable

I’ve been working as a bookkeeper (and loving it) since I was 18 years old.

When I was growing up, my mother ran her own travel agency, and I started helping her with the books. To my surprise, I fell in love with it. As a black-and-white thinker, nothing gives me more of a thrill than seeing everything balance out to a nice tidy “zero.”

This started my career in corporate-level bookkeeping, and even managing other bookkeepers.

After all that time, I left the corporate world in 2022 to create my own bookkeeping business in order to be more flexible and available for my family. However, I’ve made sure to maintain my corporate levels of professionalism and punctuality in my work (old habits die hard, I guess!) Since starting my business, here’s how I’ve helped my neighbors/clients:

  • Pick up and organize boxes of physical paperwork, for clients of mine who aren’t tech savvy (and don’t wanna be)

  • Switched one client from an annual financial trainwreck to clean monthly financials (which made his CPA dance with joy)

  • Took over the calculation and management of those pesky sales tax filings

  • Caught (and corrected) $30,000 duplicate transactions

  • And more!

And, of course, I’m Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certified, too!
